Mouzoulas Spilios <\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/div><\/div>

Mr. Spilios A. Mouzoulas is a lawyer qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Greece (Areios Pagos) and holds a Doctorate in Law from the University of Paris, specializing in Commercial Law. His expertise lies primarily in corporate law and capital market law. He is the author of legal books on commercial law topics and numerous studies published in both Greek and foreign legal journals. He has served as a member of legislative drafting committees and has authored legislative and regulatory texts (for Greece and Cyprus) related to capital market law. She specializes in property law, particularly in real-estate transfer agreements, property securities, loan agreements for real-estate development and exploitation, construction contracts, and legal due-diligence of property titles. She has provided and continues to provide services to major banks regarding property title checks and enforcement procedures. She has extensive experience in litigation and speaks English.<\/p> <\/div><\/div>

She is a graduate of the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a postgraduate degree in European Law (D.E.S.S. ULg) from the University of Li\u00e8ge, as well as a postgraduate diploma in Tax Law from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
She specializes in tax, accounting, and corporate law, providing legal and tax services primarily to businesses. He also has experience in labor, commercial, and civil law, intellectual property rights, real estate transfers, and EU investment programs.

She specializes in cases involving Banking Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law, and the Law of Collective Investment Schemes (UCITS and AIFs), providing legal services to individuals and commercial companies operating in these sectors. Ms. Angeliki Mouzoula graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2020 and has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2022. \u00a0<\/p>

She holds two postgraduate degrees: an LLM in Public Law with a specialization in Environmental Law (NKUA \u2013 Postgraduate Program in Public Law and Public Policies, 2020\u20132021), and an MSc from the University of Piraeus in the Postgraduate Program \u201cThe Financial and Institutional Framework of Money and Capital Markets\u201d (2022\u20132023).<\/p>

In addition, she is an Accredited Mediator certified by the Hellenic Ministry of\nJustice (Law 4640\/2019) and registered in the special registry of Cadastral\nMediators, according to Article 6, paragraph 2(d) of Law 2664\/1998.<\/p>
