Venture capital This book deals with the institution of venture capital. It comprises three separate sections that operate independently of each other. The first deals with venture capital companies and their legislative regulation in Greece, with legislative texts and introductory reports. The second section focuses on the provision of venture capital as a means of establishing relations between the sponsoring and the sponsored enterprise. It allows the choice between a clause in the articles of association of the sponsored company and an extra-company agreement to emerge and examines the more specific agreements concluded when venture capital is provided. Finally, the third section contains model off-corporate agreements for the drafting of specific contracts between the parties. The work concludes with an alphabetical index and bibliographic references.
