The book contains a thorough analysis of the Greek and European legislation on collective investment undertakings, with an article-by-article interpretation of the relevant provisions. The main objective is to address the practical issues arising from the operation of collective investment undertakings and their management companies, as well as from the performance of the duties of the custodian of these undertakings. It also analyses, inter alias, issues relating to pension funds and attempts to define the concept of 'institutional investors'.
